Способ вибросверления с электродинамическим дроблением стружки, включающий комбинированное воздействие вращающегося с подачей инструмента и накладываемых на шпиндельный узел внешних гармонических колебаний посредством постоянных и переменных магнитных полей, отличающийся тем, что сначала на упругий шпиндельный узел с инструментом одновременно воздействуют одноименные магнитные поля с высокой частотой вибраций от 500 до 2000 Гц, после чего устанавливают технологические режимы обработки по наименьшей амплитуде колебаний равной А1≤0,5Sp, а соотношение между элементами режимов обработки определяют по зависимости ! Ah=Sp/(2sin(τ0/2)), ! где Ah, - частота воздействия внешних вибраций; ! Sp - подача инструмента; ! τ0 - фазовый угол поворота вала, ! до обеспечения мелкодисперсного дробления стружки.
