1. Способ автоматического определения принадлежности военнослужащего к стороне-участнице военных действий включающий, трансляцию ИК-передатчиком связанным с экипировкой военнослужащего в окружающее пространство, присвоенного военнослужащему класса «свой» личного номера военнослужащего, содержащегося на электронном носителе информации, связанном с ИК-передатчиком, прием наблюдателем, посредством приемника, ИК-излучения экипировки исследуемого военнослужащего, автоматический анализ, посредством анализатора, принятого ИК-излучения, определение наблюдателем принадлежности исследуемого военнослужащего к классу «свой», в соответствии с сигналом анализатора, указывающим на наличие в принятом ИК-излучении сигнала, содержащего личный номер военнослужащего, идентичный личному номеру военнослужащего, находящемуся в базе данных наблюдателя, содержащей личные номера военнослужащих класса «свой». ! 2.
