Abstract
Способ испытаний шарнирных устройств механических систем по определению момента сопротивления шарнирного устройства повороту φ на стенде, заключающийся в том, что осуществляют поворот шарнирного устройства при помощи технологического электропривода, установленного соосно оси шарнирного устройства, с заранее заданной минимальной скоростью в прямом направлении, и измеряют при помощи датчика результирующий крутящий момент повороту шарнирного устройства в прямом направлении M1(φ), а затем осуществляют поворот шарнирного устройства при помощи того же технологического электропривода с той же скоростью в обратном направлении и измеряют тем же датчиком результирующий крутящий момент повороту шарнирного устройства в обратном направлении М2(φ), после чего определяют момент сопротивления шарнирного устройства повороту Мс(φ) по формуле: ! , ! где Мст(φ) - момент сопротивления стенда повороту φ без шарнирного устройства (определяется заранее при аттестации стенда); ! φ - угол раскрытия шарнирного устройства (стенда при аттестации).The method of testing the hinge devices of mechanical systems to determine the moment of resistance of the hinge device to the rotation φ on the stand, which consists in the rotation of the hinge device using a technological drive mounted coaxially to the axis of the hinge device with a predetermined minimum speed in the forward direction, and measure using sensor resulting torque to the rotation of the hinge device in the forward direction M1 (φ), and then rotate the hinge device at using the same technological electric drive with the same speed in the opposite direction and measure with the same sensor the resulting torque to the rotation of the hinge device in the opposite direction M2 (φ), after which the moment of resistance of the hinge device to the rotation of Ms (φ) is determined by the formula:! ! where Mst (φ) is the moment of resistance of the stand to rotation φ without a hinge device (determined in advance during certification of the stand); ! φ is the opening angle of the hinge device (stand during certification).
