Abstract
Способ искрового зажигания горючей смеси электрическим разрядом в свече зажигания, при котором горючую смесь зажигают искрой с выбранным необходимым значением силы тока разряда, причем необходимое значение силы тока искры предварительно выбирают из условия снижения содержания вредных веществ в составе выхлопных газов, снижения расхода топлива и повышения мощности двигателя внутреннего сгорания, отличающийся тем, что выбирают, для получения требуемых характеристик двигателя, величины искрового промежутка разрядника и сопротивления цепи прохождения тока разряда, причем при выборе необходимого тока искрового разряда выбирают разрядник с самым маленьким расстоянием между электродами и электрическую цепь, по которой проходит ток разряда, с самым большим сопротивлением и устанавливают их в двигатель автомобиля, затем проверяют характеристики двигателя, а именно, уровень вредных выбросов двигателя, его мощность и экономичность, и, если полученные характеристики двигателя не удовлетворяют поставленным требованиям, то устанавливают в системе зажигания разрядник с большим искровым промежутком, цепь разряда с меньшим сопротивлением и повторяют измерения характеристик двигателя, при этом, если характеристики двигателя не удовлетворительны, то продолжают процедуру выбора искрового промежутка разрядника и сопротивления цепи разряда, пока не будут выбраны параметры разрядника и цепи разряда, обеспечивающие получение требуемых характеристик двигателя.The method of spark ignition of a combustible mixture by an electric discharge in a spark plug, in which the combustible mixture is ignited by a spark with a selected required value of the discharge current, and the required value of the spark current is preselected from the condition of reducing the content of harmful substances in the exhaust gas, reducing fuel consumption and increasing power internal combustion engine, characterized in that it is chosen to obtain the required engine characteristics, the spark gap of the spark gap and the resistance discharge current passage, and when choosing the required spark current, a spark gap with the smallest distance between the electrodes and the electric circuit along which the discharge current passes, with the highest resistance are selected and installed in the car engine, then the engine characteristics are checked, namely, the level harmful emissions of the engine, its power and economy, and if the obtained engine characteristics do not meet the requirements, then an arrester with wide spark gap, the discharge circuit with lower resistance and repeat the measurements of the engine characteristics, in this case, if the engine characteristics are not satisfactory, then continue the process of choosing the spark gap of the spark gap and the resistance of the discharge circuit until the parameters of the spark gap and the discharge circuit are selected, providing the required characteristics engine.
