Abstract
1. Минеральный композиционный вяжущий состав, включающий композиционное гидравлическое вяжущее и структурный заполнитель, отличающийся тем, что он содержит указанные составляющие в следующем соотношении, вес. ч.: ! гидравлическое вяжущее40-50активный структурный заполнитель40-60 ! 2. Состав по п.1, отличающийся тем, что композиционное гидравлическое вяжущее содержит кремнеземистый, карбонатный, регулирующий компоненты, активность которых обеспечивается их вещественным, химическим, фазовым составом и условиями наибольшей растворимости и реакционноспособности частиц, в том числе: ! перлит вспученный - Sуд=5500÷7500 см2/г, размер частиц 10÷20 мкм, ! известь негашеная - Sуд=3500÷4500 см2/г, размер частиц 30÷60 мкм, ! гипс полуводный - Sуд=3500÷4500 см2/г, размер частиц 30÷60 мкм, при соотношении компонентов, соответственно, мас.%: (70÷80):(18÷26):(2÷6). ! 3. Состав по п.1, отличающийся тем, что в качестве активного заполнителя он содержит щебень перлитовый вспученный одной и той же химической природы, что и кремнеземистый компонент гидравлического вяжущего. ! 4. Особо легкий бетон, включающий вяжущий состав по п.1, в сочетании с водой и добавками, отличающийся тем, что система «гидравлическое вяжущее - заполнитель - вода - добавки» содержит компоненты в соотношении, соответственно, вес. ч.: (42,2: 48,8: 42,2: 0,33), активный реакционноспособный структурный заполнитель одновременно является абсорбентом и химическим реагентом, а в качестве добавки применяют водорастворимые соли щелочного и щелочеземельного металлов, что в целом обеспечивает дополнительно улучшение технологических свойств, ускоренное твердение и повышенную прочность особо легкого бетона.1.
