Abstract
1. Способ очистки газов от сероводорода, меркаптанов и других серусодержащих соединений, углекислого газа и других кислых примесей абсорбционными методами с использованием раствора гидроксида натрия, отличающийся тем, что очищаемые газы под повышенным давлением 0,2-7 МПа последовательно обрабатываются двумя абсорбентами, сначала водным раствором средних натриевых солей сероводородной и угольной кислот с концентрацией 0,1-0,5 мас.%, затем водным раствором гидроксида натрия с концентрацией 10±5 мас.%. ! 2. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что в качестве первого абсорбента используется раствор средних солей сероводородной и угольной кислот, образующийся при обработке очищаемых газов во втором абсорбере, разбавленных артезианской водой до концентрации 0,1-0,5 мас.%. ! 3. Способ по любому из пп.1 и 2, отличающийся тем, что отработанный абсорбционный раствор подвергается захоронению в глубокие изолированные водоносные горизонты. ! 4. Установка для осуществления способа очистки газов по любому из пп.1 и 2, отличающаяся тем, что в качестве ее основных элементов используют два абсорбера, соединенных последовательно, работающих под давлением, в первом из которых по ходу очищаемого газа обращается раствор средних солей сероводородной и угольной кислот, а во втором - раствор гидроксида натрия, установка также включает сепаратор для отделения сжиженных газов и паров воды, каждый абсорбер снабжен расходной емкостью для абсорбента, дозировочным насосом для подачи абсорбентов из расходных емкостей в абсорберы, сборниками отработанных абсорбентов и нагнетательным насосом, соединенным со сборником отработанного раствора из первого аб1.
