Abstract
1. Кавитационное устройство подогрева мазута, содержащее корпус с установленными в нем поперек потока стержнями и подключенными к корпусу трубопроводами подвода обводненного мазута и теплоносителя, в частности водяного пара, и отвода водомазутной смеси, отличающееся тем, что стержни выполнены полыми, а корпус выполнен с крышками, в которых выполнены каналы для распределения водяного пара, при этом одна из крышек подключена к трубопроводу подвода теплоносителя для подачи последнего через выполненные в крышке каналы в выполненные полыми стержни, а другая - к трубопроводу для отвода из стержней охлажденного теплоносителя, при этом стержни установлены поперек рядами, а на наружной и внутренней поверхностях стержней выполнены кольцевые поперечные или выполненные по винтовой линии чередующиеся выступы и канавки, причем последние выполнены с образованием ими между соседними стержнями проходов для подаваемых в корпус мазута и водяного пара. ! 2. Кавитационное устройство подогрева мазута по п.1, отличающееся тем, что стержни в корпусе установлены параллельными рядами, причем выступы на наружной поверхностей соседних стержней сопряжены между собой. ! 3. Способ подогрева мазута с помощью устройства по п.1, заключающийся в том, что в корпус подают обводненный мазут и теплоноситель сформированием при обтекании стержней зон кавитации и турбулизацией потоков мазута и теплоносителя с одновременным смешением потоков и нагревом обводненного мазута, отличающийся тем, что одновременно теплоноситель пропускают через выполненные полыми стержни, нагревая последние.1. The method of heating fuel oil using the device according to claim 1, which consists in the fact that the case is supplied with flooded fuel oil and heat carrier by forming, when flowing around the rods of the cavitation zones, turbulent flows of fuel oil and coolant with simultaneous mixing of the flows and heating of the flooded fuel oil, at the same time, the coolant is passed through hollow rods, heating the latter.
