Abstract
Способ оценки потери пластичности по изменению микротвердости конструкционной стали, включающий изготовление гладких цилиндрических образцов, имитирование накопления повреждений через проведение испытаний на малоцикловую усталость, при котором образцы с различными накопленными поврежденностями подвергают одноосному растяжению до разрушения, проводятся измерения микротвердости на изломе образцов, затем строится предельная кривая потери пластичности, в которой вводится понятие коэффициента потери пластичности, предельная кривая перестраивается в координатах микротвердость - коэффициент потери пластичности и по ней оценивается потеря пластичности как корреляционная зависимость между замером микротвердости и коэффициентом потери пластичности.A method for assessing the loss of plasticity by changing the microhardness of structural steel, including the manufacture of smooth cylindrical samples, simulating damage accumulation through low-cycle fatigue tests, in which samples with various accumulated damage are subjected to uniaxial tension to failure, microhardness is measured at the fracture of the samples, then a limit curve is constructed ductility loss, in which the concept of ductility loss coefficient is introduced, the limit curve microhardness — the coefficient of loss of ductility — is reconstructed in coordinates, and the loss of ductility is estimated from it as the correlation between the measurement of microhardness and the coefficient of ductility loss.
