Abstract
1. Способ получения кордиерита на основе дунита путем плавления шихты, включающей MgO; SiO2; Аl2О3; Fе2O3; СаО; Сr2О3; NiO; P2O5; SO3; TiO2, в восстановительной среде с бурым углем, разделения силикатной и металлической частей расплава, последующего охлаждения силикатной части расплава, отличающийся тем, что для получения кордиерита, устранения вредного влияния примесей соединений железа, хрома, никеля, серы, исключения образования корунда, муллита и стекла, добавляются алюминийсодержащие отходы (бой шамотных кирпичей) в количестве, обеспечивающем стехиометрическое содержание Аl2O3 в пеносиликате, примеси восстанавливают в металлическую часть расплава, а силикатную часть расплава после охлаждения ее отливом в воду с образованием рентгеноаморфного пеносиликата и последующим формованием образцов на его основе, подвергают нагреванию со скоростью 20°С/мин до температуры 940°С, при которой происходит самораспространяющаяся кристаллизация с образованием кордиерита при следующем соотношении компонентов, мас.%: MgO 13,9; Аl2O3 34,4; SiO2 51,l; SO3 0,01; ТiO2 0,54; Fе2O3 0,05. ! 2.
