Abstract
1. Бутадиеновый каучук, состоящий из линейно построенных макромолекул, отличающийся тем, что его композиционный состав формируется из фракций со следующими молекулярными массами: 10-20% фракций с молекулярной массой более 1000000, 40-70% фракций с молекулярной массой от 1000000 до 100000, 18-40% фракций с молекулярной массой от 100000 до 30000, 0-5% фракций с молекулярной массой менее 30000. ! 2. Бутадиеновый каучук по п.1, отличающийся тем, что фракции с молекулярной массой более 1000000 содержат не менее 98% цис-1,4-звеньев, фракции с молекулярной массой от 1000000 до 100000 содержат 96-98% цис-1,4-звеньев, фракции с молекулярной массой от 100000 до 30000 содержат 95-96% цис-1,4-звеньев, фракции с молекулярной массой менее 30000 содержат не более 95% цис-1,4-звеньев. ! 3. Способ получения бутадиенового каучука по пп.1 и 2, включающий полимеризацию бутадиена в присутствии каталитической системы на основе солей органических кислот РЗЭ, алюминийорганических соединений, алкилалюминийгалогенида и сопряженного диена, отличающийся тем, что ! поток раствора бутадиена в углеводородном растворителе, нагретый до температуры 20-70°С, смешивают с каталитической системой и подают в реакционную зону, проводят полимеризацию бутадиена при температуре 50-90°С до достижения конверсии бутадиена 60-80%, завершают полимеризацию при температуре 80-120°С, при этом процесс полимеризации осуществляют непрерывным способом в батарее из последовательно соединенных реакторов.1.
