Abstract
1. Способ изготовления трубы из слоистого композиционного материала, включающий намотку на оправку внутреннего слоя из стеклопластика, вклеивание промежуточного пенопластового слоя, намотку шпангоутов и наружного слоя из стеклопластика, отличающийся тем, что в промежуточном пенопластовом слое выполняют кольцевые канавки для расположения шпангоутов, наматывают шпангоуты и наружный слой единой технологической операцией пучком поперечных нитей, снабжая пучки продольными нитями, используя, например, метод косослойной продольно поперечной намотки, выполняя загибы продольных нитей при переходе пучка от намотки наружного слоя к намотке шпангоутов и обратно с заполнением каждой канавки упомянутым пучком до формирования шпангоутов. ! 2.
