Abstract
Description
The invention relates to compositions of layered multicomponent absorbers used for the purification of gases of complex composition, in particular for the purification of gas mixtures containing chlorine, hydrogen chloride, phosgene and carbon monoxide, and can be used for sanitary cleaning of exhaust gases in the processes of reactive-ion and plasma-chemical etching in the environment of organic and inorganic chlorides.
The aim of the invention is to increase the sorption capacity of the absorber in the purification of gases containing chlorine, hydrogen chloride, phosgene and carbon monoxide.
П р и м е р 1. 0,37.PRI me R 1. The absorber is prepared from crushed wood, impregnated with a 40% solution of sodium thiosulfate (1st layer along the gas), crushed wood, impregnated with a 25% solution of sodium hydroxide (2nd along the gas layer), and synthetic zeolite CaA, five times soaked in 0.5 N. a solution of cupric chloride (II) and then dried at 135 ° C for 2 hours (3rd layer along the gas). The particle size of the sorbent in each layer corresponds to 2-3 mm. The amount of sorbent in the layers of the absorber is taken equal,% of the total mass: 40 (1st layer), 55 (2nd layer), and 5 (3rd layer). Through an absorber prepared by the indicated method with a total weight of 24.83 g, a gas-air mixture is passed at a speed of 0.16 cm / s, containing, mg / l: chlorine 184.3; hydrogen chloride 109.7; phosgene 26.1; carbon monoxide 1.3. When passing through the absorber 16.3 l of the specified air-gas mixture in purified air, chlorine is detected in an amount exceeding the MPC in the air of industrial premises (> 1 mg / m 3 ). The content of other components in the purified gas is, mg / m 3 : hydrogen chloride 1.2; phosgene 0.4; carbon monoxide 0.37.
0,085. The dynamic capacity of the absorber is, wt. %: chlorine-containing acidic compounds 21.0, including chlorine 12.1, hydrogen chloride 7.2, phosgene 1.7, carbon monoxide 0.085.
П р и м е р 2. 0,2.PRI me R 2. The absorber 2 is prepared from crushed peat, impregnated with a 40% solution of sodium thiosulfate (1st layer along the gas), crushed peat, impregnated with a 25th solution of sodium hydroxide (2nd layer), and zeolite in a copper-substituted form obtained by the method of example 1 (3rd layer). The mass ratio of the layers in the absorber, as in example 1. Through the prepared absorber with a total mass of 30.9 g is passed at a speed of 0.15 cm / s air-gas mixture containing, mg / l: chlorine 114.4; hydrogen chloride 100.1; phosgene 20.5; carbon monoxide 1.1. When 32.6 l of the specified air-gas mixture is passed through the absorber, chlorine is detected in purified air in an amount of> 1 mg / m 3 . The content of other components in the purified gas is, mg / m 3 : hydrogen chloride 3.9; phosgene 0.3; carbon monoxide 0.2.
0,12. The dynamic capacity of the absorber is, wt. %: chlorine-containing acid compounds 24.8, including chlorine 12.1, hydrogen chloride 10.6, phosgene 2.1, carbon monoxide 0.12.
В 01 D 53/04, 1976. Examples 3 and 4 are similar to example 1 with the exception of the mass ratio of the layers of the absorber and the composition of the gas to be cleaned (see table).
