Abstract
Description
The invention relates to the field of measurement technology. It is advisable to apply it in the oil and gas industries, as well as in geological exploration studies of oil, gas and other mineral deposits. The invention can be used for remote monitoring of the process of explosive perforation of casing strings in wells at great depths.
Known methods for recording data in the well, based on measuring the accelerations of a perforator located in the well, which occur during the operation of individual cumulative charges inside the perforator. The information received is transmitted to the top via a load-bearing geophysical cable, and then processed, which allows us to estimate (by the number of pulses) the number of cumulative charges that led to the perforation of the casing at a given depth.
A disadvantage of the known methods and devices is the unreliability in determining the number of explosions in the well. This is due to the fact that due to the small time delay between explosions (about 10 μs), superposition of individual shock waves arising from the explosions occurs.
The disadvantage is the distortion of the signals due to the distance of short acoustic waves at the perforations and other inhomogeneities in the body of the perforator.
All this leads to a deterioration in the resolution of the known methods of controlling the process of perforation in the well. This reduces the likelihood of detecting a failure of detonators or cumulative charges during detonation.
The aim of the invention is to increase the reliability of control over the perforation process.
The goal is achieved by the fact that in the method of monitoring the process of perforation of the casing string in the well, including the descent of the perforator into the well, the initiation of the cumulative charges in it and the detection of cumulative jets resulting from the explosion, pre-magnetized elements are placed in the perforator opposite the cumulative charges, and coaxially with them coils are placed, then, after the initiation of cumulative charges, electromagnetic impulses generated from the action on the magnetized elements of the cumulative jets are recorded xy, the number of which is judged on the number of perforations in the casing.
In this case, a permanent magnet or magnetic plugs installed in the holes for cumulative jets or steel plates of cumulative charges are used as magnetized elements.
The proposed method is based on the physical effect of shock demagnetization, the cause of which is: a phase transition in the shock wave of iron alloys from the magnetic α phase to the nonmagnetic ε phase, a decrease in the Curie temperature, a decrease in the saturation magnetization with increasing shock pressure.
The process of destruction of a magnet (or magnetic plug) by a cumulative jet has a short duration (about 10 μs). This causes a short magnetic pulse, which improves the ability to resolve individual pulses from explosions, compared with the prototype. In addition, the amplitude of the shock demagnetization signals is an order of magnitude or more higher than both geomagnetic disturbances and signals generated by the explosion plasma.
The method is implemented by a device in which signals are measured near cumulative charges and then amplified. This creates additional advantages, compared with the prototype, since this eliminates the dispersion and attenuation of magnetic disturbances during their propagation through the rock.
1 и 2. The invention is illustrated in FIG. 1 and 2.
The device shown in FIG. 1, contains a geophysical load-bearing cable 1 with a
As non-magnetic elements, permanent magnets or magnetic plugs installed in openings for cumulative jets or steel plates of cumulative charges can be used.
The device operates as follows. After ignition of the detonator and detonation cord, charges are detonated with the formation of cumulative jets. The switch from the "ready to detonate" position puts the system in the mode of registering explosions. Cumulative jets push magnetic plugs (or demagnetize magnets) and punch holes in the casing. Due to the destruction of magnetic fluxes in the recording coils, EMF induction occurs. If the lining of the cumulative charges is made of magnetic materials and pre-magnetized, then the signals occur during the demagnetization of cumulative funnels by the shock wave generated after the detonation of explosives. The signals from the coils are fed to the matching device and switch, and then transmitted upstream of the load-carrying cable. They can also be recorded in the storage unit. In a multicore cable, an impulse pulse and information on the number of registered cumulative jets can be transmitted through different wires. In this case, you do not need a switch; this simplifies the device.
The coordination of the measuring coils with the input circuits of the recording device depends on the cable capacity. Under operating conditions in the well, the load-bearing geophysical cable has a large length (up to several kilometers) and its capacity is too large, therefore, at the lower end of the cable it is necessary to use a matching amplifier with the following parameters, gain 5-80, depending on the location of the coils in the recess of the hole strip frequencies 100-200 Hz, input impedance 1 kOhm, output impedance equal to the wave impedance of the cable (50-100 Ohm, depending on the brand of cable).
To illustrate the possibilities of the proposed method in FIG. Figure 2 shows the waveform of the signal obtained by the interaction of a cumulative jet with a magnet. In the experiment, the ZPK-95 charge was placed inside the perforator, and the cumulative jet was directed into the hole in its wall, and the coil and magnet were located outside directly above the hole. Used ferrite with a volume of 3.5 cm 3 with a magnetic moment of E 2.1 A ˙ m 2 . A coil with a diameter of 5.5 cm, consisting of 15 turns of copper wire with a diameter of 0.3 mm, was mounted coaxially with the hole. The load resistance was selected to match the recording coil with the input of a digital oscilloscope. The small width of the signals and the stably high amplitude allow reliable registration of multiple detonations with a resolution time of up to 10 μs.
данный способ позволяет увеличить надежность регистрации кумулятивных струй, приводящих к перфорированию обсадной колонны;
дает возможность увеличивать амплитуду и уменьшать ширину диагностических импульсов;
устройство позволяет проводить регистрацию сигналов непосредственно в скважине без задержки во времени и искажений;
экономическая эффективность данного способа и устройства для его реализации заключается в обеспечении безопасности людей при подъеме и вскрытии перфоратора в случае отказов детонаторов или неполной детонации взрывчатого вещества;
