Композит на основе алюминия, предназначенный для получения водорода, содержащий алюминий и добавку, разрушающую оксидную пленку при взаимодействии с водой, отличающийся тем, что используется алюминий в виде отходов механической обработки - стружки, опилок, порошка и т.п. любого сплава алюминия с содержанием алюминия в сплаве не менее 85%, в виде некомпактного материала (гранул, порошка или отходов механической обработки в виде опилок, стружки и т.п.). ! 2. Способ получения композита, заключающийся в том, что алюминий по п.1, смешивается в миксере с сухой щелочью и при необходимости с медью, магнием и кремнием и полученная смесь прессуется методом глухого прессования в жестком контейнере при давлении не менее 650 - 700 МПа пуансоном, совершающим одновременно поступательное и вращательное движение.1.
