Abstract
Способ получения покрытия для электрического контакта, заключающийся в ионно-плазменном напылении сплава меди с хромом при опорном напряжении на напыляемой детали 90-120 В и многократном его изменении в процессе напыления до 1000-1200 В и обратно с частотой изменения напряжения 1-2 раза на каждый микрометр толщины покрытия, продолжительностью напыления 0,2-0,4 времени напыления покрытия микронной толщины, отличающийся тем, что в сплав меди с хромом дополнительно вводят иттрий в количестве 0,2-0,6 мас.%.A method of obtaining a coating for electrical contact, which consists in ion-plasma sputtering of an alloy of copper with chromium at a reference voltage on the sprayed part of 90-120 V and its multiple changes during deposition up to 1000-1200 V and vice versa with a frequency of voltage change of 1-2 times each micrometer of the coating thickness, spraying duration 0.2-0.4 times the spraying time of the coating micron thickness, characterized in that yttrium is additionally introduced into the copper-chromium alloy in an amount of 0.2-0.6 wt.%.
