Abstract
Способ контроля предельного состояния огнезащитных покрытий или обработок материалов изделия, заключающийся в изъятии образцов или фрагментов покрытия материалов изделия непосредственно с его поверхности для проведения испытаний по определению состояния огнезащитных покрытий или обработок, отличающийся тем, что образцы или фрагменты покрытия выполняют в виде образцов-маркеров, которые изготавливают из материала, аналогичного материалу изделия, с размерами и в количестве, определенными регламентом проведения испытаний, затем образцы-маркеры размещают на поверхности изделия и одновременно подвергают их огнезащитному покрытию или обработке, после чего на образцы-маркеры наносят идентификационные коды, а при необходимости контроля предельного состояния огнезащитных покрытий или обработок материалов изделия часть образцов-маркеров демонтируют с поверхности изделия без нарушения ее целостности и подвергают необходимым испытаниям.A method for monitoring the limit state of fire retardant coatings or treatments of product materials, which consists in taking samples or fragments of the coating of product materials directly from its surface for testing to determine the condition of fire retardant coatings or treatments, characterized in that the samples or fragments of the coating are made in the form of marker samples, which are made of a material similar to the material of the product, with dimensions and in the quantity determined by the test procedure, then the image Tsy-markers are placed on the surface of the product and simultaneously subjected to fire-retardant coating or processing, after which identification markers are applied with identification codes, and if necessary, the limit state of fire-retardant coatings or processing of the product materials must be removed, some of the marker samples are removed from the surface of the product without violating its integrity and subjected to the necessary tests.
