Abstract
Способ сборки плоских секций корпуса корабля, при котором применяется поточно-позиционный пооперационный метод изготовления секций, заключающийся в том, что на каждой позиции - месте выполняется последовательно определенная операция собирания элементов секций, передача их с позицию на позицию до полного изготовления секций производится бесконечными транспортерами по роликам сборочных стендов, операции сборки, сварки и другие осуществляются портальными рельсовыми установками, отличающийся тем, что изготовление плоских секций производятся позиционным методом без перемещения секций на одном месте до полного их изготовления, сборочно-сварочные и другие операции собираемых секций выполняются специальными, самоходными, малогабаритными, маневренными, многофункциональными безрельсовыми машинами.A method for assembling flat sections of a ship's hull, in which a flow-position, step-by-step method of manufacturing sections is used, which consists in the fact that at each position - place a sequentially determined operation of collecting the elements of the sections is performed, their transfer from position to position until the complete production of the sections is carried out by endless conveyors along rollers of assembly stands, assembly, welding and other operations are carried out by gantry rail installations, characterized in that the production of flat sections is carried out by the positional method without moving the sections in one place until they are completely manufactured, assembly-welding and other operations of the assembled sections are performed by special, self-propelled, small-sized , maneuverable, multifunctional trackless vehicles.
