Abstract
1. Устройство для генерации озона при помощи импульсного барьерного разряда, содержащее разрядную камеру с впускным и выпускным отверстиями, внутри которой размещены высоковольтные электроды, покрытые диэлектриком, и заземленные электроды, причем вне разрядной камеры установлен источник импульсов высокого напряжения, содержащий генератор управляющих импульсов, зарядное устройство, выходы которых соединены с соответствующими входами одного либо нескольких модулей включающих в себя накопительный конденсатор, управляемый импульсный ключ, закороченный импульсным конденсатором, и первичную обмотку импульсного трансформатора, размещенную на отдельной замкнутой части магнитопровода с зазором либо без него, а высоковольтная обмотка импульсного трансформатора, охватывающая все части магнитопровода, принадлежащие всем модулям, подключена соответственно к высоковольтным и заземленным электродам. ! 2. Устройство для генерации озона при помощи импульсного барьерного разряда по п.1, отличающееся тем, что управляемые импульсные ключи реализованы на IGBT, либо на полевых, либо биполярных транзисторах с подключенными обратными диодами. ! 3. Устройство для генерации озона при помощи импульсного барьерного разряда по п.1, отличающееся тем, что управляемые импульсные ключи модулей открываются и закрываются синхронно друг с другом при помощи единого внешнего генератора управляющих импульсов. ! 4.
