Abstract
Способ нанесения коррозионно-стойкого покрытия на рабочую поверхность лощильных и крепирующих цилиндров бумагоделательного оборудования без снятия их с рабочей позиции, включающей подготовку поверхности для нанесения покрытия путем обтачивания, термообработку, пескоструйную обработку цилиндра, нанесение покрытия электродуговым методом и механическую обработку, отличающийся тем, что после обтачивания и термообработки поверхности за один проход наносят первый адгезионный слой толщиной 0,1 мм сплавом железа с содержанием хрома 10÷13%, затем наносят второй покровный слой толщиной 2,0÷2,2 мм с содержанием 13% хрома и 27% никеля, далее проводят пропитку покровного слоя антикоррозийным составом и шлифование рабочей поверхности эластичным инструментом.The method of applying a corrosion-resistant coating to the working surface of the paper-making and crewing cylinders without removing them from their working position, including preparing the surface for coating by turning, heat treatment, sandblasting the cylinder, applying the electric arc coating and machining, characterized in that after grinding and heat treatment of the surface in one pass cause the first adhesive layer 0.1 mm thick with an alloy of iron with a chromium content of 10 ÷ 13%, s Then a second coating layer is applied with a thickness of 2.0 ÷ 2.2 mm with a content of 13% chromium and 27% nickel, then the coating layer is impregnated with an anti-corrosion composition and the working surface is ground with an elastic tool.
