1. Регенерирующее противовоспалительное средство, представляющее собой водный раствор активного начала - коменовой кислоты и вспомогательного вещества - натрия гидрокарбоната, при следующем соотношении компонентов, мас.%: ! Коменовая кислота 1-2, преимущественно 1 и 2Натрия гидрокарбонат 0,55-1,1Вода для инъекций до 100 ! 2. Регенерирующее противовоспалительное средство по п.1, отличающееся тем, что оно дополнительно содержит примесь коменовой кислоты - бензилкоменовую кислоту - в количестве не более 2,5% в пересчете на коменовую кислоту. ! 3. Способ лечения хориоретинальных дистрофий различной этиологии, заключающийся в том, что пациенту вводят регенерирующее средство по пп.1-2 парабульбарно в дозе от 10 до 20 мг (в пересчете на коменовую кислоту) один раз в сутки в течение 10 дней. ! 4. Способ лечения по п.3, отличающийся тем, что курс лечения повторяют 2-3 раза в год. ! 5. Способ лечения по п.3, отличающийся тем, что пациенту вводят регенерирующее средство в один или оба глаза. ! 6. Способ повышения эффективности противотуберкулезной терапии, заключающийся в том, что пациенту вводят регенерирующее средство по пп.1-2 внутривенно в дозе до 350 мг в сутки (в пересчете на коменовую кислоту) в течение 10 дней. ! 7. Способ лечения по п.6, отличающийся тем, что курс лечения проводят 1-3 раза в год с перерывом в 3-6 мес.1.
