Claims (13)
1. Композиция сиропа, содержащая гидрогенизированный β-предельный декстрин и мальтит.
2. Композиция сиропа по п.1, в которой гидрогенизированный β-предельный декстрин и мальтит получают посредством гидрогенизации β-предельного декстринового сиропа, полученного из восковидного кукурузного крахмала.
3. Композиция сиропа по п.1, в которой мальтит составляет приблизительно 25-75 мас.% всей композиции сиропа и гидрогенизированный β-предельный декстрин составляет приблизительно 25-75 мас.% всей композиции сиропа.
4. Композиция сиропа по п.1, дополнительно содержащая полиол, выбранный из группы, содержащей ксилит, сорбит, эритрит, маннит, изомальт, лактит и их комбинации.
5. Способ приготовления композиции сиропа, предусматривающий гидрогенизацию композиции, содержащей β-предельный декстрин и мальтозу.
6. Кондитерское изделие, содержащее композицию сиропа по любому из предшествующих пунктов формулы изобретения.
7. Жевательная резинка, содержащая сердцевину жевательной резинки и покрытие, окружающее сердцевину жевательной резинки, в которой покрытие включает в себя композицию сиропа по п.1.
8. Жевательная резинка, содержащая сердцевину жевательной резинки и покрытие, окружающее сердцевину жевательной резинки, в которой покрытие включает в себя композицию сиропа по п.2.
9. Жевательная резинка по п.7 или 8, в которой сердцевина жевательной резинки содержит гуммиоснову и, по меньшей мере, один ингредиент, выбранный из группы, содержащей объемные подслащивающие вещества, сильные подслащивающие вещества, ароматизирующие вещества, пластикаторы, эмульгаторы, красители, подкислители, наполнители, антиоксиданты, консерванты и их комбинации.
10. Способ получения кондитерского изделия, предусматривающий обеспечение сердцевины кондитерского изделия и покрытие сердцевины кондитерского изделия на этапе нанесения покрытия, по меньшей мере, одним слоем композиции сиропа по п.1.
11. Способ получения кондитерского изделия, предусматривающий
обеспечение сердцевины кондитерского изделия и
покрытие сердцевины кондитерского изделия на этапе нанесения покрытия, по меньшей мере, одним слоем композиции сиропа по п.2.
12. Способ по п.10 или 11, в котором кондитерским изделием является покрытая жевательная резинка, а сердцевина кондитерского изделия является сердцевиной жевательной резинки.
13. Способ получения композиции жевательной резинки, предусматривающий обеспечение композиции сиропа по п.1 или 2; обеспечение части основы жевательной резинки и, по меньшей мере, одного ингредиента, выбранного из группы, содержащей объемные подслащивающие вещества, сильные подслащивающие вещества, ароматизирующие вещества, пластикаторы, эмульгаторы, красители, подкислители, наполнители, антиоксиданты, консерванты и их комбинации; и
комбинирование части гуммиосновы в количестве, составляющем приблизительно 5-90 мас.% композиции жевательной резинки, ингредиента в количестве, составляющем приблизительно 5-90 мас.% композиции жевательной резинки, и композиции сиропа в количестве, составляющем приблизительно 5-90 мас.% композиции жевательной резинки, для образования конечной композиции жевательной резинки.
