Abstract
1. Способ сборки ротора высокооборотной электрической машины, заключающийся в том, что на валу устанавливают переменно-полюсную магнитную систему, состоящую из постоянных магнитов, намагниченных в тангенциальном направлении, и размещенных между ними полюсов, отличающийся тем, что магнитную систему выполняют в виде равномерно чередующихся магнитных и немагнитных кольцевых пластин с пазами для размещения постоянных магнитов, при этом сначала немагнитные пластины устанавливают на валу, одновременно надевая их на осевые шпильки в чередующейся последовательности с магнитными пластинами, наружный диаметр которых больше наружного диаметра немагнитных пластин, затем все пластины стягивают между собой осевыми шпильками и обтачивают до размера наружного диаметра немагнитных пластин, удаляя выступающие кольцевые части магнитных пластин, после чего устанавливают постоянные магниты.2. Способ сборки ротора высокооборотной электрической машины по п.1, отличающийся тем, что высоту по радиусу пазов в магнитных дисках выбирают равной наружному радиусу немагнитных пластин либо меньше его на величину от δ до δ/2, где δ - величина рабочего зазора электрической машины.3. Способ сборки ротора высокооборотной электрической машины по п.1, отличающийся тем, установку на валу немагнитных пластин производят с помощью шлицевого соединения.1.
