Способ лечения недержания мочи у мужчин слинговой имплантацией ленты, согласно которому ленту имплантируют так, чтобы она охватывала уретру петлей снизу в районе мембранозного отдела, отличающийся тем, что имплантируют ленту с уширением в центральной части в виде лоскута, простирающегося по крайней мере в одну сторону от ленты, причем лоскут размещают так, чтобы он охватывал уретру снизу по длине мембранозного отдела между висячим и простатическим отделами уретры.1.
