Abstract
1. Method for the production of hot-rolled steel on a continuous broadband mill with two groups of winders, including hot rolling of steel mainly with a thickness of 2.5-6.0 mm of microalloyed carbonitride-forming elements with a carbon content of not more than 0.007% on a continuous broadband mill with two groups of winders, cooling the strip on the discharge roller table, winding the strip into a roll, characterized in that after hot rolling of a strip with a thickness of ≤3.2 mm inclusively, its surface is cooled with water, while the cooling start time is about limit from the expression: t = 0.70 · ln (h) + 3.29, where t is the cooling start time, s; h is the final strip thickness, mm, and winding into a strip roll of a thickness ≤3.2 mm inclusively is performed on the first group of winders, in addition, the winding into a roll of strip ≥3.2 mm thick is carried out on the second group of winders.
