Abstract
1. Способ получения арилоксикарбоновых кислот, включающий стадию получения фенолятов щелочных металлов взаимодействием фенола или его производных с гидроокисью щелочного металла, стадию получения солей арилоксикарбоновых кислот взаимодействием солей монохлоруксусной кислоты с полученными фенолятами щелочных металлов, при нагревании с последующим выделением арилоксикарбоновых кислот, отличающийся тем, что процессы получения фенолятов щелочных металлов и солей арилоксикарбоновых кислот осуществляют в твердой фазе при одновременном тонком измельчении и интенсивном перемешивании.2. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что гидроокись щелочного металла используют в количестве от 1,01 до 1,04 моль на 1 моль фенола или его производного.3. Способ по п.2, отличающийся тем, что при взаимодействии фенола или его производных с гидроокисью щелочного металла температура процесса не превышает температуры плавления реакционной смеси.4. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что соль монохлоруксусной кислоты используют в количестве от 1,05 до 1,15 моль на 1 моль фенолята щелочного металла.5. Способ по п.4, отличающийся тем, что при взаимодействии фенолятов щелочных металлов с солями монохлоруксусной кислоты температура процесса не превышает 100°С.6. Способ по п.5, отличающийся тем, что процесс осуществляют в течение 0,5-2 ч.1.
