1. Способ глубокого обессоливания природных пресных и соленых вод, включающий последовательные процессы осветления, стабилизационной обработки осветленной воды, постадийного обессоливания в последовательно расположенных по ходу концентрата по меньшей мере двух ступенях обратноосмотического обессоливания при более высоком давлении очищаемой воды на каждой последующей стадии обессоливания, отличающийся тем, что обратноосмотическое обессоливание ведут дополнительно постадийно по пермеату при более низком давлении воды на каждой последующей стадии обессоливания с регулированием расхода концентрата последней ступени в пределах 4-30% от расхода исходной воды последней ступени.2. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что обратноосмотическое обессоливание ведут с декарбонизацией пермеата по меньшей мере одной ступени обессоливания.3. Способ по п.1 или 2, отличающийся тем, что пермеат ступеней обессоливания по ходу концентрата подают на разбавление исходной воды первой ступени обессоливания, а концентрат ступеней обессоливания по ходу пермеата - на разбавление исходной воды предыдущих ступеней.4. Способ по п.1 или 2, отличающийся тем, что пермеат последней ступени по пермеату обратноосмотического обессоливания подвергают электродеионизации, причем концентрат процесса электродеионизации подают на смешение с исходной водой первой ступени обратноосмотического обессоливания.5.
