Abstract
1. Способ транспортировки длинномерных объектов через вакуумную камеру с размещенными в ней устройствами для обработки этих объектов, включающий их ввод и вывод из камеры через герметизирующие узлы с использованием в них эластичных герметизирующих материалов, которые подают в гермоузлы по мере их износа, а отходы этого материала удаляют из гермоузлов, с длинномерных объектов и вакуумных камер, отличающийся тем, что на движущийся длинномерный объект вдоль направления его движения накладывают механические колебания.2. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что в процессе транспортировки длинномерных объектов через гермоузлы вакуумной камеры на гермоузлы накладывают механические колебания вдоль направления движения длинномерного объекта.3.
