Маневренный самолет с передним оперением, содержащий фюзеляж, имеющий ось, расположенную в продольной плоскости симметрии, силовую установку, консоли несущей поверхности крыла, каждая из которых имеет переднюю и заднюю кромки, консоли несущей поверхности переднего оперения, каждая из которых имеет переднюю кромку и заднюю кромку, а также горизонтальное и вертикальное хвостовые оперения, отличающийся тем, что он снабжен оболочкой, установленной на фюзеляже перед передней кромкой консолей несущей поверхности крыла с возможностью вращения вокруг упомянутой оси фюзеляжа, консоли несущей поверхности переднего оперения выполнены с элеронами на задней кромке и установлены на наружной поверхности упомянутой оболочки с противоположных сторон.1. Самолет по п.1, отличающийся тем, что консоли переднего оперения выполнены с симметричным профилем и закреплены снаружи оболочки так, что упомянутая ось фюзеляжа расположена в плоскости хорд при любом положении оболочки.2.
