1. Трубная заготовка из среднеуглеродистой среднелегированной стали, имеющая заданные параметры структуры и механических свойств, отличающаяся тем, что заготовка выполнена из стали, содержащей следующие соотношения компонентов, мас.%:при выполнении соотношений: (As+Sn+Pb+5·Zn)≤0,07; 0,85≤(С+Mn/6+Cr/5+Мо)≤1,05, горячекатаная, нормализованная, имеет ферритоперлитную структуру, размер действительного зерна 5-10 баллов, макроструктуру: центральная пористость, точечная неоднородность, ликвационный квадрат, подусадочная ликвация не более 2,0 баллов; ликвационные полоски не более 1 балла, неметаллические включения: сульфиды точечные, оксиды точечные, оксиды строчечные, силикаты хрупкие, силикаты пластичные, силикаты недеформированные не более 3,0 баллов, средний по каждому виду включений, механические свойства в нормализованном состоянии - временное сопротивление разрыву не менее 686 Н/мм, предел текучести не менее 441 Н/мм, относительное удлинение не менее 12%, ударная вязкость KCV (+20°С) не менее 39,2 Дж/см, твердость НВ 217-255.2. Трубная заготовка по п.1, отличающаяся тем, что в качестве примесей сталь дополнительно содержит: фосфор не более 0,020, сера не более 0,012, медь не более 0,20.1.
