Claims (16)
1. Способ удаления твердых веществ из труб кожухотрубного теплообменника, при котором в трубу кожухотрубного теплообменника вводят приводимый в движение бормашиной бур и очищают трубу от содержащихся в ней твердых веществ.
2. Способ по п.1, при котором применяют бур, наружный диаметр которого составляет от 10 до 95% внутреннего диаметра трубы.
3. Способ по одному из пп.1 или 2, при котором бур представляет собой спиральный бур.
4. Способ по одному из пп.1 или 2, при котором бур представляет собой полый бур, имеющий в основном кольцеобразное острие.
5. Способ по п.4, при котором острие бура содержит выступы в виде зубцов.
6. Способ по п.5, при котором выступы в виде зубцов имеют треугольную и/или прямоугольную форму.
7. Способ по одному из пп.5 или 6, при котором выступы в виде зубцов расположены на острие бура в 1-3 концентрических ряда.
8. Способ по п.4, при котором применяют полый бур, острие которого по направлению к своему свободному концу в основном конусно сужается.
9. Способ по п.8, при котором конусно сужающаяся часть острия бура образует конусный угол (θ), который составляет от 0 до 20°, предпочтительно от 1 до 10° и особенно предпочтительно от 1,5 до 8°.
10. Способ по одному из пп.8 или 9, при котором длина конусно сужающейся части острия бура составляет от 0,1 до 3 наружных диаметров бура.
11. Способ по п.1, при котором подлежащие удалению твердые частицы в трубе перед использованием бормашины обрабатывают растворителем.
12. Способ по п.11, при котором растворитель циркулируют по трубе.
13. Способ по п.1, при котором кожухотрубный теплообменник представляет собой кожухотрубный реактор, трубы которого в качестве засыпки катализатора содержат твердые вещества.
14. Применение бормашины для удаления твердых веществ из труб кожухотрубного теплообменника.
15. Применение по п.14, при котором бормашина оснащена спиральным буром.
16. Применение по п.14, при котором бормашина оснащена кольцевым буром.
