A method for the treatment of pseudoarthrosis and defects of the forearm bones, including the use of bone grafting in combination with intramedullary metal osteosynthesis, characterized in that after decortication and isolation of the ends of the fragments from the scar tissue, edge resection in the transverse direction and obtaining the maximum area of contact between the autograft and the bone, opening and drilling bone marrow channels, produce an open reposition of fragments with the measurement of the existing defect between them, after which an autotrans is taken a plantate from the iliac crest of the corresponding size, in the cancellous layer of which a channel is formed, then, after open reposition and implantation of the graft between the fragments, an intramedullary metal osteosynthesis is performed with a blocked rod modeled on radiographs of the healthy forearm, while the rod is inserted into the bone marrow channels of both fragments and in the formed channel autograft, create compression between the fragments and the graft, providing additional stability with maximum contact In the final stage of the operation, locking screws are passed through both cortical layers and holes in the rod distally and proximally using an electron-optical transducer.
