Claims (1)

Способ масс-спектрометрического определения различных химических соединений, включающий подготовку и ввод анализируемых проб в ионный источник масс-спектрометра, регистрацию интенсивностей пиков в масс-спектрах исследуемых соединений с последующей математической обработкой полученной информации, отличающийся тем, что регистрацию интенсивностей пиков осуществляют в характеристических масс-спектрах исследуемых соединений с использованием блока программной регистрации, управляемого от ЭВМ, при этом сначала определяют наиболее вероятные виды молекулярных ионов W (i) для каждого изотопного пика и его величину на основе измерения суммарного тока молекулярных ионов, затем определяют атомные и изотопные комбинации для углерода, водорода, кислорода, азота и атомов металлов при их наличии, используя следующие математические формулы для соотношений изотопных пиков:The method of mass spectrometric determination of various chemical compounds, including the preparation and input of the analyzed samples into the ion source of the mass spectrometer, recording the peak intensities in the mass spectra of the studied compounds, followed by mathematical processing of the obtained information, characterized in that the peak intensities are recorded in the characteristic mass the spectra of the compounds under study using a computer-controlled recording unit, while first determining the most the distinct types of molecular ions W (i) for each isotopic peak and its value based on the measurement of the total current of molecular ions, then atomic and isotopic combinations for carbon, hydrogen, oxygen, nitrogen and metal atoms are determined, if any, using the following mathematical formulas for the ratios isotopic peaks:
