Быстрозамораживатель, содержащий корпус, теплоизолированную рабочую камеру, в которой размещены трубки испарителя холодильного агрегата, держатели для размещения полимерных контейнеров с жидким биологическим веществом и две плиты с зеркально симметричными рядами отверстий, при этом плиты установлены в рабочей камере параллельно одна другой с образованием зазоров между собой и между каждой плитой и стенкой рабочей камеры, центры отверстий размещены на вертикальных параллельных прямых линиях, диаметры отверстий выполнены не меньше наружных диаметров трубок испарителя, расстояние между соседними параллельными линиями выполнено превышающим сумму размеров наружного диаметра трубок испарителя и толщины держателя, размер зазора между обращенными одна к другой плоскостями плит выполнен не меньше ширины держателя, трубки испарителя установлены в отверстиях плит и соединены патрубками в зазорах между плитами и стенками рабочей камеры с формированием испарителя, а держатели размещены между рядами трубок испарителя.1.
