Claims (1)

Способ диагностики системной воспалительной реакции (СВР) организма по свободному бета-2-микроглобулину (β2-МГ) плазмы крови в концентрации, превышающей верхние пределы распределения признака у здоровых людей, отличающийся тем, что кроме β2-МГ в крови для подтверждения наличия СВР определяют уровни цитокинов: интерлейкинов - 1, 6, 8, фактора некроза опухоли - α и С-реактивного белка иммунохемилюминесцентным способом, при этом максимальный уровень β2-МГ у условно здоровых людей не выше 2000 нг/мл, уровень β2-МГ >2000-4000 нг/мл, при сепсисе - в 97/68%, при травме - в 87/33%, при системной красной волчанке - 100/40%, при ревматоидном артрите - 93/21%, при этом наиболее высокие значения β2-МГ отмечаются при сепсисе и коррелируют с тяжестью состояния.A method for diagnosing a systemic inflammatory reaction (SVR) of an organism by free beta-2-microglobulin (β2-MG) of blood plasma in a concentration exceeding the upper limits of the distribution of the trait in healthy people, characterized in that in addition to β2-MG in the blood, to determine the presence of SVR cytokine levels: interleukins - 1, 6, 8, tumor necrosis factor - α and C-reactive protein by the immunochemiluminescent method, while the maximum level of β2-MG in conditionally healthy people is not higher than 2000 ng / ml, the level of β2-MG> 2000-4000 ng / ml, with sepsis - in 97/68%, with tra together with 87/33%, with systemic lupus erythematosus - 100/40%, with rheumatoid arthritis - 93/21%, while the highest values of β2-MG are observed during sepsis and correlate with the severity of the condition.
