Claims (4)
1. Растение, трансформированное химерным геном, где химерный ген включает промотор, который индуцируется в области-мишени и/или в соседней области, функционально связанный с кодирующей последовательностью, которая кодирует инактивирующий рибосому протеин кукурузы или его фрагмент, эта кодирующая последовательность включает рекомбинантный зрелый RIP, включающий расположенные последовательно α-домен и β-домен; рекомбинантый RIP, включающий в качестве активного фрагмента только α-домен инактивирующего рибосому протеина кукурузы; или рекомбинантый RIP, включающий в качестве активного фрагмента только β-домен инактивирующего рибосому протеина кукурузы; или кодирующую последовательность, приведенную в SEQ. ID. No: 1, или кодирующую последовательность, гомологичную ей по меньшей мере на 85%.
2. Растение, трансформированное химерным геном, где химерный ген включает первый промотор, функционально связанный с α-доменом инактивирующего рибосому протеина кукурузы, и второй промотор, функционально связанный с β-доменом инактивирующего рибосому протеина кукурузы.
3. Растительная клетка, трансформированная химерным геном, где химерный ген включает промотор, который индуцируется в области-мишени и/или в соседней области, функционально связанный с кодирующей последовательностью, которая кодирует инактивирующий рибосому протеин кукурузы или его фрагмент, эта кодирующая последовательность включает рекомбинантный зрелый RIP, включающий расположенные последовательно α-домен и β-домен; рекомбинантый RIP, включающий в качестве активного фрагмента только α-домен инактивирующего рибосому протеина кукурузы; или рекомбинантый RIP, включающий в качестве активного фрагмента только β-домен инактивирующего рибосому протеина кукурузы; или кодирующую последовательность, приведенную в SEQ. ID. No: 1, или кодирующую последовательность, гомологичную ей по меньшей мере на 85%.
4. Растительная клетка, трансформированная химерным геном, где химерный ген включает первый промотор, функционально связанный с α-доменом инактивирующего рибосому протеина кукурузы, и второй промотор, функционально связанный с β-доменом инактивирующего рибосому протеина кукурузы.
