Способ определения неплатежных банкнот, основанный на анализе изображения, полученного в результате сканирования банкноты отличающийся тем, что банкноту сканируют в видимом и/или инфракрасном, и/или ультрафиолетовом спектрах, изображение обрабатывают в реальном времени с применением программы Оптического Распознавания Символов (ОРС), определяют серийные номера, на основании сравнения серийных номеров частей банкноты принимают решение о неплатежности банкноты, полученной склеиванием частей различных банкнот, в случае совпадения серийных номеров производят поиск распознанного серийного номера в базе данных банкнот, при обнаружении номера принимают решение о неплатежности банкноты, и на основании полученных результатов производят сортировку банкнот.1.
