Claims (1)
- Способ диагностики нарушения ауторегуляции мозгового кровотока, включающий непрерывную билатеральную регистрацию линейной скорости кровотока в магистральных артериях основания головного мозга, отличающийся тем, что анализируют временной ряд линейной скорости кровотока на интервале 240-280 с, рассчитывают спектральную плотность внутричерепных В-волн линейной скорости кровотока в диапазоне частот 0,0083-0,033 Гц, и при увеличении спектральной плотности внутричерепных В-волн более 1000 (см/с)2/Гц диагностируют нарушение ауторегуляции мозгового кровотока.
