Claims (27)

1. Код (1), выполненный методом металлографской печати люминесцирующей и/или электропроводной и/или поглощающей рентгеновское излучение и/или поглощающей инфракрасное излучение печатной краской и состоящий из участков (2, 3, 4), различающихся между собой толщиной образующего их слоя печатной краски.
2. Код по п.1, у которого печатная краска является флуоресцирующей.
3. Код по п.1 или 2, у которого печатная краска является фосфоресцирующей.
4. Код по п.1, у которого его участки (2, 3, 4) интегрированы в оттиск (30).
5. Код по п.1, который выполнен в виде штрих-кода.
6. Код по п.5, который выполнен в виде двумерного штрих-кода.
7. Код по п.1, у которого печатная краска по меньшей мере на его отдельных, различающихся между собой толщиной красочного слоя участках (2, 3, 4) является одноцветной непрозрачной и кроющей и нанесена слоем такой толщины, при которой эти отдельные участки кода визуально не отличимы один от другого.
8. Код по п.1, у которого толщина красочного слоя на участке, на котором проходит граничная линия между примыкающими друг к другу участками (2, 3, 4) кода, является минимальной.
9. Код по п.1, у которого по меньшей мере отдельные его участки (2, 3, 4) имеют рельефную поверхность с мелкой структурой (6).
10. Код по п.1, у которого все его участки (2, 3, 4) выполнены с использованием одной и той же печатной краски.
11. Код по п.1, у которого вокруг по меньшей мере отдельных его участков вплотную к ним нанесена печатная краска, которая визуально не отличима от печатной краски, которой выполнен код, но которая не является люминесцирующей, соответственно электропроводной, соответственно поглощающей инфракрасное или рентгеновское излучение.
12. Ценный или защищенный от подделки документ, имеющий код по одному из пп.1-11.
13. Ценный или защищенный от подделки документ по п.12, который представляет собой документ, выбранный из группы, включающей удостоверение личности, паспорт, этикетку для защиты товаров от подделки, банкноту, чек, банковский чек и входной билет.
14. Способ выполнения кода (1) по одному из пп.1-11, заключающийся в том, что подготавливают основу (10) и на этой основе (10) нанесением на нее методом металлографской печати люминесцирующей и/или электропроводной и/или поглощающей рентгеновское излучение и/или поглощающей инфракрасное излучение печатной краски выполняют код (1), состоящий из участков (2, 3, 4), различающихся между собой толщиной образующего их слоя печатной краски.
15. Способ по п.14, в котором используют люминесцирующую печатную краску.
16. Способ по п.14, в котором используют фосфоресцирующую печатную краску.
17. Способ по п.14, в котором код (1) является частью оттиска (30), образуя с ним единое целое.
18. Способ по п.14, в котором код выполняют в виде штрих-кода.
19. Способ по п.18, в котором код выполняют в виде двумерного штрих-кода.
20. Способ по п.14, в котором для выполнения по меньшей мере отдельных, различающихся между собой толщиной красочного слоя участков (2, 3, 4) кода используют одноцветную непрозрачную и кроющую печатную краску, которую наносят слоем такой толщины, при которой эти отдельные участки кода визуально не отличимы один от другого.
21. Способ по п.14, в котором печатную краску наносят таким образом, что толщина ее слоя на участке, на котором проходит граничная линия между примыкающими друг к другу участками (2, 3, 4) кода, является минимальной.
22. Способ по п.14, в котором красочный слой наносят таким образом, что он по меньшей мере на отдельных образуемых им участках (2, 3, 4) кода имеет рельефную поверхность с мелкой структурой (6).
23. Способ по п.14, в котором все участки (2, 3, 4) кода выполняют с использованием одной и той же печатной краски.
24. Способ по п.14, в котором вокруг по меньшей мере отдельных участков кода вплотную к ним наносят печатную краску, которая визуально не отличима от печатной краски, которой выполняют соответствующий смежный участок кода, но которая не является люминесцирующей, соответственно электропроводной, соответственно поглощающей инфракрасное излучение, соответственно поглощающей рентгеновское излучение.
25. Способ по п.14, отличающийся тем, что код выполняют печатью в одну единственную стадию, соответственно за один единственный листопрогон.
26. Способ по одному из пп.14-25 изготовления ценного или защищенного от подделки документа по п.12 или 13, в котором основой (10) служит сам ценный или защищенный от подделки документ либо полуфабрикат для изготовления ценного или защищенного от подделки документа.
27. Способ по п.26, отличающийся тем, что ценный или защищенный от подделки документ представляет собой документ, выбранный из группы, включающей удостоверение личности, паспорт, этикетку для защиты товаров от подделки, банкноту, чек, банковский чек и входной билет.
