Установка для прессования и упаковки отходов в тару, включающая раму, накопительную емкость, камеру прессования, пресс и стол, закрепленные на раме с возможностью возвратно-поступательного перемещения в вертикальной плоскости посредством силовых цилиндров, отличающаяся тем, что накопительная емкость представляет собой бункер с цилиндрической нижней частью, являющейся камерой прессования, пресс размещен внутри бункера по его оси с возможностью периодического перекрытия подачи отходов, при этом поверхность стола при прессовании постоянно поджата к торцу камеры, а на ее наружной поверхности закреплен съемный стакан с запасом мягкой тары, собранной в виде гармошки на его наружной поверхности, причем внутри корпуса пресса размещены по меньшей мере два силовых цилиндра возвратно-поступательного действия, каждый из которых одним концом закреплен на корпусе пресса, а вторым - на плите, параллельной основанию пресса, плита снабжена вертикальным элементом с плоской пятой на его конце с возможностью выхода за пределы корпуса пресса для удержания спрессованных отходов при упаковке, а рама снабжена механизмом для отрезания тары и ее сшивания.1.
