Способ очистки призабойных зон нефтяных скважин, включающий возбуждение циркуляции в скважине мелкодисперсной газожидкостной смеси, получаемой прокачкой ее фаз через устьевой диспергатор, с поэтапным увеличением в ней содержания газа, до прекращения выноса кальматирующего материала, отличающийся тем, что возбуждение циркуляции в скважине осуществляют подачей мелкодисперсной газожидкостной смеси в насосно-компрессорные трубы при открытой задвижке на выкидной линии и после достижения устойчивой циркуляции мелкодисперсной газожидкостной смеси перекрывают задвижку на выкидной линии и продавливают мелкодисперсную газожидкостную смесь в призабойную зону пласта (ПЗП), открывают задвижку на выкидной линии, восстанавливают циркуляцию в скважине мелкодисперсной газожидкостной смеси и поддерживают ее до прекращения выноса кальматирующего материала из ПЗП.1.
