Способ приготовления чая, включающий водную экстракцию чайных листьев в чайнике, снабженном крышкой, отличающийся тем, что воду в чайнике с закрытой крышкой нагревают до момента появления акустических шумов, сопровождающих появление пузырьков пара, затем 0,06÷0,15 объема воды из чайника сливают в дополнительную емкость, а оставшийся объем воды нагревают до температуры 94÷99°С, после чего в чайник выливают воду из дополнительной емкости, далее весь объем воды продолжают нагревать и при достижении температуры 94÷99°С воду в чайнике вращают до образования воронки, в которую вводят чайные листья.1.
