Способ лечения варикозного расширения вен нижних конечностей, включающий выделение большой подкожной вены с ее притоками, перевязку приустьевых притоков, введение катетера в большую подкожную вену, введение склерозаита через катетер и последующую эластичную компрессию, отличающийся тем, что выделение большой подкожной вены осуществляют с помощью только одного разреза, производимого в паховой области на уровне впадения большой подкожной вены в бедренную вену, катетер вводят в проксимальный конец большой подкожной вены на минимальную длину, обеспечивающую возможность фиксации катетера в просвете вены, склерозант вводят под избыточным давлением ретроградно, при этом одновременно с введением склерозанта производят поступательно разглаживающие движения по ходу большой подкожной вены в дистальном направлении.1.
