Счетчик жидкости, включающий корпус с входным и выходным отверстиями, расположенную внутри корпуса цилиндрическую гильзу с отверстиями и эксцентрично смещенным в ней ротором, в пазах которого размещены пластинчатые лопасти с возможностью перемещения по внутренней поверхности гильзы, лопасти выполнены Н-образной формы, причем их высота равна хорде внутренней окружности гильзы, проходящей через центр ротора, у линии максимального сближения внутренней цилиндрической поверхности гильзы с наружной поверхностью ротора расположены полости измерительной камеры, соединенные трубками с входным и выходным отверстиями корпуса.1.
