Способ получения карбамидоформальдегидной смолы путем конденсации карбамидоформальдегидного концентрата с первой порцией карбамида в присутствии буферной добавки и регулятора вязкости и нагревания в водном растворе с переменной кислотностью с последующей доконденсацией образовавшегося продукта с дополнительным количеством карбамида и вводом второй порции буферной добавки при исходном и конечном мольном отношении карбамида и формальдегида 1:(1,9-2,1) и 1:(1,02-1,7) соответственно и охлаждения готовой смолы, отличающийся тем, что конденсацию карбамидоформальдегидного концентрата и карбамида в течение всего процесса ведут в присутствии регулятора вязкости, вводимого в два приема: перед загрузкой первой порции карбамида в количестве 0,5-30 мас.% и после завершения доконденсации на стадии охлаждения смолы в количестве 0,1-35 мас.% в расчете на 100 мас.% карбамидоформальдегидного концентрата, соответственно.A method of producing a urea-formaldehyde resin by condensing a urea-formaldehyde concentrate with a first portion of urea in the presence of a buffer additive and a viscosity regulator and heating in an aqueous solution with variable acidity, followed by condensation of the resulting product with additional urea and introducing a second portion of a buffer additive with the initial and final molar ratio of urea and formaldehyde 1: (1.9-2.1) and 1: (1.02-1.7), respectively, and cooling the finished resin, characterized in that the condensation urea-formaldehyde concentrate and urea are carried out throughout the process in the presence of a viscosity regulator, introduced in two steps: before loading the first portion of urea in an amount of 0.5-30 wt.% and after completion of the condensation at the stage of cooling the resin in an amount of 0.1-35 wt.% based on 100 wt.% urea-formaldehyde concentrate, respectively.
