Устройство для измерения частоты электрических сигналов, содержащее усилитель-формирователь, подключенный выходом к управляющему входу первого счетчика импульсов, счетный вход которого соединен с выходом опорного генератора импульсов через делитель частоты, а также второй счетчик импульсов, отличающееся тем, что в устройство дополнительно введены первый и второй параллельные регистры, соединенные своими информационными входами с информационными выходами соответственно первого и второго счетчиков импульсов, а своими управляющими входами - с управляющими входами соответствующих счетчиков импульсов, блок выдержки времени, у которого выход подключен к управляющим входам первых счетчика импульсов и параллельного регистра, тактовый вход - к выходу опорного генератора импульсов, а сигнальный вход - к выходу усилителя-формирователя, и программируемый делитель частоты, при этом управляющие цифровые входы программируемого делителя частоты присоединены к информационным выходам второго параллельного регистра, его сигнальный вход подключен к выходу опорного генератора импульсов, а его выход соединен со счетным входом второго счетчика импульсов.A device for measuring the frequency of electrical signals, comprising a driver amplifier connected to the control input of the first pulse counter by an output, the counting input of which is connected to the output of the reference pulse generator via a frequency divider, as well as a second pulse counter, characterized in that the first and second parallel registers connected by their information inputs to the information outputs of the first and second pulse counters, respectively, and their control in moves - with the control inputs of the respective pulse counters, a time delay unit, where the output is connected to the control inputs of the first pulse counter and parallel register, the clock input - to the output of the reference pulse generator, and the signal input - to the output of the driver-amplifier, and a programmable frequency divider while the control digital inputs of the programmable frequency divider are connected to the information outputs of the second parallel register, its signal input is connected to the output of the reference generator and pulses, and its output connected to the counting input of the second pulse counter.
