Способ эксплуатации газоконденсатного месторождения, включающий исследование эксплуатационной скважины на газоконденсатностъ и периодическую очистку призабойной зоны скважины от выпадающего углеводородного конденсата путем закачки в пласт растворителя углеводородного конденсата, выдержки скважины на период растворения конденсата и последующего удаления полученного раствора из призабойной зоны при пуске скважины, отличающийся тем, что в качестве растворителя углеводородного конденсата используют бинарную смесь с неограниченной взаимной растворимостью компонентов, причем по меньшей мере один из них обладает неограниченной взаимной растворимостью с углеводородным конденсатом, а соотношение компонентов в бинарной смеси определяют по предварительно построенной фазовой диаграмме трехкомпонентной системы, образующейся при растворении углеводородного конденсата.1.
