A method for screening patients using the ELI-Ren test system for the diagnosis and prognosis of diseases of the urinary system, including blood sampling, obtaining serum, obtaining the ELI-Ren test system (purified renal test antigens: NS-40, NM-125, NS-70, NS-200, NM-75) and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay, characterized in that they determine the immunoreactivity of serum renal autoantibodies, the change in concentration of which is a reflection of morphological and functional pathological processes in the tissues of the organs of the urinary system s, which makes it possible to diagnose and predict disease as early as possible, including at the pre-clinical stage.
