Способ имплантации протеза межпозвонкового диска, включающий создание межпозвонкового пространства и введение в него имплантата с помощью дистрактора, отличающийся тем, что сначала с помощью дистрактора-репонатора, содержащего рабочие ножки с измерительной шкалой, направляющую для протеза диска и "прицел", проводят дистракцию межпозвонкового пространства и репозицию позвонков до восстановления анатомических взаимоотношений в позвоночном сегменте, затем на теле оперируемого больного на осевых анатомических ориентирах - центр яремной вырезки, центр мечевидного отростка и центр симфиза, устанавливают прицельные фишки, с которыми координируют сагиттальную ось дистрактора-репонатора по его "прицелу" до полного совмещения, после чего по направляющей дистрактора-репонатора в межпозвонковое пространство на необходимую глубину вводят протез межпозвонкового диска, сагиттальная ось которого совпадает с сагиттальной осью дистрактора-репонатора, при этом контроль глубины имплантации осуществляют по измерительной шкале.A method for implanting an intervertebral disc prosthesis, including creating an intervertebral space and introducing an implant into it using a distractor, characterized in that first, using a distractor-reponator containing working legs with a measuring scale, a guide for the prosthetic disc and a "sight", the intervertebral space is distilled and reposition of the vertebrae until restoration of the anatomical relationship in the vertebral segment, then on the body of the operated patient on axial anatomical landmarks - the center is jugular of the clipping, the center of the xiphoid process and the center of the symphysis, set sighting pieces, with which the sagittal axis of the distractor-reponator is coordinated by its “sight” until it is fully aligned, after which an intervertebral disc prosthesis is inserted into the intervertebral space to the required depth, sagitt the axis of which coincides with the sagittal axis of the distractor-reponator, while the depth of implantation is controlled on a measuring scale.
