1. Marine ice-resistant floating platform having a support base in the form of a floating column with controllable maneuverable ballast tanks and an anchoring system with inclined anchor ties fixed to the bottom anchors, characterized in that the column is connected to the bottom of the sea through a system of sagging heavy chains fixed to the eyebrows in the lower part of the floating column, and the other ends to the piles on the bottom of the sea, while the length of the chains exceeds the maximum possible distance of the eyebrows from the bottom of the sea.
2. A method of operating an offshore ice-resistant floating platform in which the platform is positioned, anchor ties are adjusted in accordance with a given draft, maintain the vertical position of the column, in the event of sea level rise (tide, storm surge) or a decrease in the weight load of the platform, water ballast is adopted for maneuvering ballast tanks, and when the sea level is lower or the platforms become heavier, ballast is removed by adjusting the operations with ballast tanks so as to minimize inclinations columns, characterized in that the draft of the platform and the tension of the anchor bonds are changed depending on seasonal conditions so that when ice conditions occur, the draft is reduced and the excessive buoyancy and tension of the anchor bonds are increased, for which water ballast is removed from maneuverable ballast tanks, and in stormy conditions increase draft and reduce redundant buoyancy and tension of anchor ties, for which water ballast is taken into maneuverable ballast tanks.
