Способ интегральной оценки регионарного кровообращения конечностей, включающий ультразвуковое определение объемной скорости кровотока в артериях конечности и минутного объема сердца до и после лечения, отличающийся тем, что путем деления величины объемной скорости кровотока во всех артериях данной конечности на величину минутного объема сердца рассчитывают индексы регионарной перфузии и сравнивают величину изменения этих индексов на артериях разного уровня после проведенного лечения, что позволяет достоверно зарегистрировать и количественно оценить изменение коллатерального кровотока.A method for integral assessment of regional blood circulation of limbs, including ultrasound determination of the volumetric blood flow velocity in the arteries of the limb and cardiac output before and after treatment, characterized in that by dividing the value of the volumetric blood flow in all arteries of this limb by the value of the cardiac output volume, regional perfusion indices are calculated and compare the magnitude of changes in these indices on arteries of different levels after treatment, which allows you to reliably register and quantify the change in collateral blood flow.
